Please use the Heathland Road entrance to the Holme Grange school grounds. Do not follow your SATNAV along Redlake Lane. That is a lane leading to an impassable ford.

What charity are you supporting this year?

This year we are supporting Daisy’s Dream -  a small charity, based in Berkshire, who support children and young people who are facing, or have experienced, the death of someone close. Their valuable service offers the time and support needed by families to learn to cope with the changing dynamics

Is there tiered seating?

Accepted Answer

Yes. All seats are tiered so everyone gets a good view . Seats are non-allocated. If you have special seating requirements please contact parishpantocc@gmail.com in the week before the show so we can assist you.

Where's the nearest parking?

The theatre is in the grounds of Holme Grange School, Wokingham RG40 3AL. There is plenty of FREE parking. As you enter the grounds from the main road follow the driveway round to the right and the theatre is on the left of the car park. Additional signage  will be displayed.

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the pantomime?

No. This is a family panto suitable for all ages

Is audience participation allowed?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We actively encourage the audience to join in. Whether booing the baddies or clapping along to the songs. This is a panto after all!

Is there a discount for children?

Accepted Answer

There are no discounted tickets. We keep our ticket price low for all.

Question 9

Are there any booking fees?

Accepted Answer

Eventbrite's fees are subsidised by Parish Panto Group. If you want to make a donation towards the processing fees please do so at the theatre bar where all donations will be gratefully received.

Why can't I make a donation online?

Accepted Answer

We'd love your donation but Eventbrite will charge us a processing fee for every £1 donated so it's more cost effective for you to make a donation direct to the Parish Panto on the night or just buy more raffle tickets! There will be opportunities to donate at the theatre.

Will there be anything to eat at the event?

Accepted Answer

A range of drinks & snacks will be available to purchase prior to the show and during the interval. Including a licenced bar serving local ales and wine. Please note this is a cash bar we cannot take plastic payments.

Do i have to bring my printed ticket to the theatre

Accepted Answer

You just need to show evidence of payment; either a print out of your ticket or bring your phone/tablet with the confirmation receipt that you will receive from Eventbrite.

Can I swap my ticket for a different date?

If after purchasing your ticket you wish to change to a different show please contact parishpantocc@gmail.com and we will assist you.

Is it ok if the name on my ticket doesn't match the person who attends?

Yes that's fine. Just show your ticket/receipt as you enter the auditorium.

Can I get a refund?

If after purchasing your ticket you discover (prior to the event) that you cannot attend. Please contact us via parishpantocc@gmail.com so that we can re-sell your ticket. We cannot refund Eventbrite fees.
